  • The Seven Coves Marina has four floating docks with 156 covered slips and 105 uncovered slips.
  • Slips are available for rental to Residents and Non-Residents.
  • There is a boat ramp for the exclusive use of Seven Coves Residents and Marina Tenants.
  • In addition, there are two sets of courtesy docks for guests.

Payment Terms

Leases run the calendar year and renew January 1st.

Annually: the rate will be prorated from the date you sign the lease through December 31st.
Monthly: 1) first and last month’s rent due at the time of signing lease.
2) set up autopayment drawn from a bank account. 

Key Cards: The first dock access card is free, and additional access cards are only $10/each. 

Insurance: Renter must provide proof of current boat insurance with $100,000.00 liability coverage and Texas registration number for the watercraft at time of signing lease.

Utilities: All slips include water and electric access and a single storage locker.
