The Clubhouse is the perfect location for birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, family reunions, Quinceanera Parties, holiday parties, graduations, seminars, or business meetings.

Newly renovated and features a spacious deck and gazebo with panoramic views of beautiful Lake Conroe.
This facility is a NON-SMOKING event center available for rent to Residents and Non-Residents and will accommodate approximately 150 people.
(10) 72-inch round tables and (2) 8-foot rectangle tables.
Dance floor, full kitchen facilities with serving bar, Bridal Suite or Dressing room and flat screen TV and free WIFI.

Rate offered Sunday-Thursday ONLY (6 hour timeframe: must set up and clean up during the 6 hour window)

With a purchase of a daily rate 2-HR min, 4-HR max (Contact the office for availability)

The Full Day Rental Price includes all Clubhouse cleaning fees. So, when your event is over, you just walk-away and leave the cleaning to us !
